The use of information systems hardware and software is extremely captivating to me. It is very rewarding helping a small business completely recover from a near catastrophic event. I live to solve problems and learn new things. Multi-tasking environments appeal to me. They make me a more effective, productive, and focus problem solver.
Being a Technology Service Engineer is a job that goes beyond operating systems, peripheral network devices, and server administration. Quite often, one must crawl, kneel, jump, balance, climb, and crouch to get the job done. I enjoy all of it. This physicality paired with some of the more technical and intellectual challenges makes a day on the job a very worthwhile experience. I am a Technology Service Engineer.
